Bahia Vista II 303 is a gorgeous, well-appointed three bedroom, two bath condo located bayside on 11th street in downtown Ocean City. A spacious 1680 square feet unit, it is professionally decorated and features tray ceilings, comfortable nautically themed living room with two sliding doors accessing the balcony, and a kitchen that is culinary ready for those that love to cook boasting lots of counter space, stainless steel appliances, a large dining table, and a dining bar area. A 55-inch Samsung UHD smart TV is perfect for watching your favorite shows and sporting events and the entire condo is WiFi ready! In 2022, owner installed a new HVAC system (including new external air handler) to improve cooling and heating performance for greater guest comfort. The west facing balcony partially overlooks the outdoor pool and also provides views of the bay and spectacular sunsets. This condo also has a large laundry room and a secured, outdoor storage unit where owner keeps four beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart and toys. The outdoor pool is available when you've had enough of the sand and waves, and you are not far from a fishing pier. Bahia Vista is only two and a half blocks from the famous Ocean City boardwalk and beach. Sleeping up to eight guests, the primary bedroom with king bed has a lovely bay view, its own sliding door, a large master bath with a jetted tub and sizable shower. The 2nd large full bath is accessible from the hallway, but also connected to the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. A beautiful wood pyramid bunk rounds out the bedroom arrangements, and if needed, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. This building is strictly non-smoking/non-vaping (both inside and on deck). Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents Saturday-Saturday. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping unit including balcony. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups such as high school or college graduates. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies and Guest will not be permitted to occupy the premises. |
Owner of the above Property, by Central Reservations, Inc., its Agent, in consideration of payments provided, does hereby grant a non-exclusive revocable Lodging Agreement to Guest for the above period and subject to the following terms and conditions. |

Central Reservations, Inc. has an Agency relationship with the Owner of this Property. Agent has been hired and paid by Owner for the services rendered and will be representing the best interest of the Owner in all negotiations regarding this Lodging Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement"). |

SECURITY DEPOSIT WAIVER PLAN ("SDWP"): |
This optional Plan protects you from theft or damage which results from an accident within Property due to your inadvertent acts or omissions. The Security Deposit Waiver Plan ("SDWP") does not cover negligent or willful and wanton conduct. For a full description of the Plan, please refer to the enclosed Description of Coverage detailing full terms and conditions that apply. If a Description of Coverage is not enclosed, contact Central Reservations for a copy. You must notify Central Reservations of any damage or theft to Property during your occupancy, or this Plan is void. Payment for the SDWP will not be accepted after Guest occupies Property. If you choose not to purchase the SDWP, a security deposit will be added to the final balance. Some properties only accept a security deposit. Central Reservations receives a fee for this program. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT: |
If a security deposit is required, or you choose to pay a security deposit in lieu of the Security Deposit Waiver Plan, it is to secure the faithful performance of Guest's promises and duties contained herein. Said security deposit will be processed within 30 days of check-out date and will be returned to Guest less any costs for repairs, damages or excessive cleaning charges if Property is not left as required by this Agreement. Guest is responsible for reporting any existing damage upon taking occupancy. |
TRAVEL INSURANCE: |
Travel insurance is being offered through the Modern Voyage Travel Protection program and underwritten & offered by American Modern. Please note that there are no refunds due to a hurricane or illness, injury or death if travel insurance is NOT PURCHASED. The insurance premium will be billed on renter's initial deposit and is 7% of the total trip cost. For more detailed information, please call the American Modern policy and coverage questions hotline at 1-888-933-1117. |
Guest acknowledges travel insurance was offered at the time of the reservation, either verbally or via electronic options. If Guest declined travel insurance, the Lodging Agreement will so note $0.00 in the upper monetary portion of the Agreement. Guest may purchase travel insurance up to thirty days prior to arrival date by contacting Central Reservations at 1-877-736-8621 between 9am-5pm daily.
