Bayshore Drive 102 located bayfront on 27th Street (Bayshore Drive), is the place for you if you want to relax on your vacation, but still be close to the action. Bring the whole family including your dogs! (See Pet Addendum for Restrictions). Enjoy southern exposure as you sit out on your tiled back porch which opens to an even wider trek dock with stunning views and a picnic table for your crab feast by the water. You can fish, launch your float, or gaze out on the wide-open bay at your leisure. A boat slip is available to easily accommodate a 24 foot boat, and two hundred yards from the dock is a large shallow bay area where you can swim, play catch or hunt for clams. This spacious, ground level three bedroom two bath home was recently remodeled, and also features four smart televisions, one smart DVD player, Wi-Fi and cable for local channels to accommodate your entertainment or work needs (note two of the TVs are streaming only). You will also find charging stations in each bedroom, the living area, and kitchen. The well-stocked kitchen includes a new Keurig coffee maker that takes your favorite K-Cup or allows you to brew an entire carafe, new crock pot convenient for having meals ready when you return from the beach, a new four-slice toaster and dishwasher, plus a large pantry. Additionally, there is dedicated parking for two mid-sized vehicles, central air/heat, ceiling fans, and a fireplace for evening settings of tranquility. From this convenient location, you are not far the famous Ocean City Boardwalk and beach, Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and too many great restaurants to list. New and improved curb appeal, the front of the building was just completely replaced! Sleeping up to eight guests, you will find a queen in the 1st bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Guest must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a brand new washer/dryer in condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Dog(s) permitted with restrictions - if you are planning to bring a dog(s), please call the office to get the addendum you will need to sign and note there is a nightly fee of $35 . This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season.----Non-smoking non-vaping. Policies
FINAL PAYMENT DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE Your check-in and check-out location is Central Reservations, Inc., 6200 Coastal Hwy., Suite 100, Ocean City, MD 21842, unless otherwise disclosed. If you will be arriving after 5 PM, you must contact our office for late arrival instructions. |
The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups such as high school or college graduates. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies and Guest will not be permitted to occupy the premises. |
Owner of the above Property, by Central Reservations, Inc., its Agent, in consideration of payments provided, does hereby grant a non-exclusive revocable Lodging Agreement to Guest for the above period and subject to the following terms and conditions. |
Agency: |
Central Reservations, Inc. has an Agency relationship with the Owner of this Property. Agent has been hired and paid by Owner for the services rendered and will be representing the best interest of the Owner in all negotiations regarding this Lodging Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement"). |

SECURITY DEPOSIT WAIVER PLAN ("SDWP"): |
This optional Plan protects you from theft or damage which results from an accident within Property due to your inadvertent acts or omissions. The Security Deposit Waiver Plan ("SDWP") does not cover negligent or willful and wanton conduct. For a full description of the Plan, please refer to the enclosed Description of Coverage detailing full terms and conditions that apply. If a Description of Coverage is not enclosed, contact Central Reservations for a copy. You must notify Central Reservations of any damage or theft to Property during your occupancy, or this Plan is void. Payment for the SDWP will not be accepted after Guest occupies Property. If you choose not to purchase the SDWP, a security deposit will be added to the final balance. Some properties only accept a security deposit. Central Reservations receives a fee for this program. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT: |
If a security deposit is required, or you choose to pay a security deposit in lieu of the Security Deposit Waiver Plan, it is to secure the faithful performance of Guest's promises and duties contained herein. Said security deposit will be processed within 30 days of check-out date and will be returned to Guest less any costs for repairs, damages or excessive cleaning charges if Property is not left as required by this Agreement. Guest is responsible for reporting any existing damage upon taking occupancy. |
TRAVEL INSURANCE: |
Travel insurance is being offered through the Modern Voyage Travel Protection program and underwritten & offered by American Modern. Please note that there are no refunds due to a hurricane or illness, injury or death if travel insurance is NOT PURCHASED. The insurance premium will be billed on renter's initial deposit and is 7% of the total trip cost. For more detailed information, please call the American Modern policy and coverage questions hotline at 1-888-933-1117. |
Guest acknowledges travel insurance was offered at the time of the reservation, either verbally or via electronic options. If Guest declined travel insurance, the Lodging Agreement will so note $0.00 in the upper monetary portion of the Agreement. Guest may purchase travel insurance up to thirty days prior to arrival date by contacting Central Reservations at 1-877-736-8621 between 9am-5pm daily. A new Lodging Agreement will be issued for your signature. For questions regarding the Plan, please contact Rental Guardian at 1-888-933-1117. |
