Bella Vista 105 is an upscale three bedroom, three and a half bath bayfront condominium located midtown on 46th street in Ocean City, and only one block from the beach - the ideal setting for an unforgettable vacation. Luxury, comfort and beautiful sunsets are just a few of the sought after features of this unique and spacious property. You can't help but feel right at home in the open concept layout which includes a bright and airy living room, large dining space and fully equipped kitchen granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Gorgeous hand-painted mural and modern tech features can be found throughout, such as free high speed WIFI access, smart TVs/DVDs in the living room and all bedrooms, blow dryers in all baths, and even motion sensor lights in the bathrooms for your convenience. The owner keeps a beach cart with chairs and an umbrella for guests who want to utilize them. A generously sized, west facing balcony gives an unobscured view of the bay and is ideal for relaxing with a drink, watching the boats and taking in sunsets. On a lazy day when packing up and lugging everything to the beach isn't desirable, guests can relax at one of the exclusive pools, either indoor or outdoor. Bella Vista is conveniently located just a little over a block away from the beach and within walking distance of dozens of hot spots, including Seacrets, Dumsers Dairyland and Tap House, plus Kayak, Jet Ski and Paddle Board rentals, miniature golf, and bus stops are within walking distance. Don't overlook it's proximity to the OC Convention Center which host hundreds of events throughout the year. Accommodating up to eight guests, bed sizes include two kings, one double and two single beds (bunk beds). Guests must supply paper goods and soaps, but sheets and towels are provided by the owner! This owner also offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests. Non-smoking/Vaping. No Pets Please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. FINAL PAYMENT DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE Your check-in and check-out location is Central Reservations, Inc., 6200 Coastal Hwy., Suite 100, Ocean City, MD 21842, unless otherwise disclosed. If you will be arriving after 5 PM, you must contact our office for late arrival instructions. |
The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups such as high school or college graduates. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies and Guest will not be permitted to occupy the premises. |
Owner of the above Property, by Central Reservations, Inc., its Agent, in consideration of payments provided, does hereby grant a non-exclusive revocable Lodging Agreement to Guest for the above period and subject to the following terms and conditions. |

Central Reservations, Inc. has an Agency relationship with the Owner of this Property. Agent has been hired and paid by Owner for the services rendered and will be representing the best interest of the Owner in all negotiations regarding this Lodging Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement"). |

SECURITY DEPOSIT WAIVER PLAN ("SDWP"): |
This optional Plan protects you from theft or damage which results from an accident within Property due to your inadvertent acts or omissions. The Security Deposit Waiver Plan ("SDWP") does not cover negligent or willful and wanton conduct. For a full description of the Plan, please refer to the enclosed Description of Coverage detailing full terms and conditions that apply. If a Description of Coverage is not enclosed, contact Central Reservations for a copy. You must notify Central Reservations of any damage or theft to Property during your occupancy, or this Plan is void. Payment for the SDWP will not be accepted after Guest occupies Property. If you choose not to purchase the SDWP, a security deposit will be added to the final balance. Some properties only accept a security deposit. Central Reservations receives a fee for this program. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT: |
If a security deposit is required, or you choose to pay a security deposit in lieu of the Security Deposit Waiver Plan, it is to secure the faithful performance of Guest's promises and duties contained herein. Said security deposit will be processed within 30 days of check-out date and will be returned to Guest less any costs for repairs, damages or excessive cleaning charges if Property is not left as required by this Agreement. Guest is responsible for reporting any existing damage upon taking occupancy. |
TRAVEL INSURANCE: |
Travel insurance is being offered through the Modern Voyage Travel Protection program and underwritten & offered by American Modern. Please note that there are no refunds due to a hurricane or illness, injury or death if travel insurance is NOT PURCHASED. The insurance premium will be billed on renter's initial deposit and is 7% of the total trip cost. For more detailed information, please call the American Modern policy and coverage questions hotline at 1-888-933-1117. |
Guest acknowledges travel insurance was offered at the time of the reservation, either verbally or via electronic options. If Guest declined travel insurance, the Lodging Agreement will so note $0.00 in the upper monetary portion of the Agreement. Guest may purchase travel insurance up to thirty days prior to arrival date by contacting Central Reservations at 1-877-736-8621 between 9am-5pm daily. A new Lodging Agreement will be issued for your signature. For questions regarding the Plan, please contact Rental Guardian at 1-888-933-1117. |
