Lovely 2nd floor, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo on 48th Street in Ocean City, Maryland, with awesome views of the ocean and the bay from your private northside balcony. Upon check-in, you will be able to access the condo directly from the parking garage bridge without having to use an elevator! The private balcony, furnished with comfortable chairs, provides a great spot to relax and admire the views. The living room has plenty of space for your guests to enjoy the Smart TV with cable, plus each bedroom has high-end streaming TV's so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows. The fully equipped modern kitchen is replete with all stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, a Keurig & an automatic drip coffee maker. The island has seating for two and a built-in mini-fridge for additional storage space. There is a small desk/office area located in the kitchen area. Sleeping up to nine guests, the master bedroom features a king bed and a spacious private en-suite, the 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed, the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and if needed, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. All bedroom carpets have been upgraded and electronic window treatments are installed in the living room as well. Both guest bathrooms have been upgraded to include sliding glass doors, with one bathroom being converted to a shower stall. Washer & Dryer in condo for your added convenience. The owners provide access to their storage locker with 4 beach chairs,1 umbrella, beach cart and beach toys. Additionally, this owner keeps a private luggage cart in their laundry for guests to use during their stay - the cart must be returned upon departure or a $200 charge will be incurred. Gateway Grand Amenities include: Indoor pool-(open year- round), outdoor pool-seasonal, fitness center, game room, outside shower, elevators, garage parking & night time security. The owner provides sheets and towels for your convenience. Guests are responsible for all paper and soap products. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days; units rent Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 nights off season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. $139 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. FINAL PAYMENT DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE Your check-in and check-out location is Central Reservations, Inc., 6200 Coastal Hwy., Suite 100, Ocean City, MD 21842, unless otherwise disclosed. If you will be arriving after 5 PM, you must contact our office for late arrival instructions. |
The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups such as high school or college graduates. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies and Guest will not be permitted to occupy the premises. |
Owner of the above Property, by Central Reservations, Inc., its Agent, in consideration of payments provided, does hereby grant a non-exclusive revocable Lodging Agreement to Guest for the above period and subject to the following terms and conditions. |

Central Reservations, Inc. has an Agency relationship with the Owner of this Property. Agent has been hired and paid by Owner for the services rendered and will be representing the best interest of the Owner in all negotiations regarding this Lodging Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement"). |

SECURITY DEPOSIT WAIVER PLAN ("SDWP"): |
This optional Plan protects you from theft or damage which results from an accident within Property due to your inadvertent acts or omissions. The Security Deposit Waiver Plan ("SDWP") does not cover negligent or willful and wanton conduct. For a full description of the Plan, please refer to the enclosed Description of Coverage detailing full terms and conditions that apply. If a Description of Coverage is not enclosed, contact Central Reservations for a copy. You must notify Central Reservations of any damage or theft to Property during your occupancy, or this Plan is void. Payment for the SDWP will not be accepted after Guest occupies Property. If you choose not to purchase the SDWP, a security deposit will be added to the final balance. Some properties only accept a security deposit. Central Reservations receives a fee for this program. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT: |
If a security deposit is required, or you choose to pay a security deposit in lieu of the Security Deposit Waiver Plan, it is to secure the faithful performance of Guest's promises and duties contained herein. Said security deposit will be processed within 30 days of check-out date and will be returned to Guest less any costs for repairs, damages or excessive cleaning charges if Property is not left as required by this Agreement. Guest is responsible for reporting any existing damage upon taking occupancy. |
TRAVEL INSURANCE: |
Travel insurance is being offered through the Modern Voyage Travel Protection program and underwritten & offered by American Modern. Please note that there are no refunds due to a hurricane or illness, injury or death if travel insurance is NOT PURCHASED. The insurance premium will be billed on renter's initial deposit and is 7% of the total trip cost. For more detailed information, please call the American Modern policy and coverage questions hotline at 1-888-933-1117. |
Guest acknowledges travel insurance was offered at the time of the reservation, either verbally or via electronic options. If Guest declined travel insurance, the Lodging Agreement will so note $0.00 in the upper monetary portion of the Agreement. Guest may purchase travel insurance up to thirty days prior to arrival date by contacting Central Reservations at 1-877-736-8621 between 9am-5pm daily.
