This Beachfront, Oceanfront, Penthouse features upgraded interiors, furnishings, and amenities in a spectacular seventh floor unit matched only by its stunning ocean and boardwalk views. Enjoy the beachy, coastal vibe of the furniture, flooring, and decor carried throughout the spacious condo. Every room has been mindfully outfitted to ensure your comfort. Quality mattresses, bedding, and high-end linens and towels are just some of the highlights of this fully appointed Ocean City getaway. The penthouse features panoramic views of the ocean and boardwalk from three of the four bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Enjoy dolphins and people watching from the expansive balconies that span the width of the condo. This premier penthouse features 4 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms and can accommodate families or friends of up to 11 people. Each of our four spacious bedrooms has an adjoining private bathroom. Bedroom configurations include; Oceanfront Suite #1 features a king size bed, fireplace, and balcony access and a private bath with dual sinks, an expansive shower with multiple shower heads, and a private water closet. Oceanfront Suite #2 features a king size bed, single sofa sleeper, and balcony access and a private bath with dual sinks with lighted mirrors, shower with dual showerheads, separate bathtub, and a private water closet. Oceanview Suite #3 has a king size bed and a private bath with single sink, shower with dual showerheads, and toilet. Interior Suite #4 has two queen size beds and a private bath with single sink, shower with dual showerheads, and toilet. High chair and crib are also available. Every bedroom has a television with premier cable, including hundreds of channels, streaming services including Netflix, EPIC, and Peacock. High-speed internet is available throughout condo. Every bathroom is stocked with a blow dryer, and Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and lotion. A fifth bathroom is located off the main living area. Living room features a fireplace, big screen TV, and floating shelves. The large, expansive dining room table seats up to 10, and is ready to host family dinners and game nights. The kitchen bar island seats 4 and a bar island in living room seats has an additional 3 seats. We've stocked the condo with binoculars, dice and board games, puzzles and books. A fully equipped chef's kitchen, including all sorts of appliances and gadgets, awaits the cook in the group. The kitchen features high-end appliances including a Viking gas range, Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, beverage refrigerator, separate ice machine, and two islands. Stocked with quality dinnerware, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, and other chef gadgets and small appliances. Placemats, and even cloth napkins are available for your enjoyment. Condo is stocked with a starter supply of: toilet paper, tissue paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies (hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, glass cleaner), kitchen towels, oven mitts, plastic wrap, tin foil, parchment paper and multi-sized baggies. A full set of quality bed linens and a bath towel set for the occupancy of the condo is included in your rental fee. A mudroom immediately off the entry includes a large washer and dryer and hanging area for your beach shoes, towels and suits. Colorful, quick dry, and sand resistant Turkish beach towels are available for your use. Access to our secured storage unit on the 6th floor lets you drop off your beach chairs and gear before coming home. South Beach is a secure building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean at 7th street. Amenities includes an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, two (2) assigned parking spaces and one (1) unassigned guest spot in the secured parking garage, and private luggage cart for transporting your bags is provided for this unit only. Shops and restaurant on the ground level. Note the garage clearance is 7 feet. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Indoor pool open from April 1st thru January 2nd No Smoking. No Vaping. No Pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to groups under the age of 25. The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups such as high school or college graduates. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies and Guest will not be permitted to occupy the premises. |
Owner of the above Property, by Central Reservations, Inc., its Agent, in consideration of payments provided, does hereby grant a non-exclusive revocable Lodging Agreement to Guest for the above period and subject to the following terms and conditions. |

Central Reservations, Inc. has an Agency relationship with the Owner of this Property. Agent has been hired and paid by Owner for the services rendered and will be representing the best interest of the Owner in all negotiations regarding this Lodging Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement"). |

SECURITY DEPOSIT WAIVER PLAN ("SDWP"): |
This optional Plan protects you from theft or damage which results from an accident within Property due to your inadvertent acts or omissions. The Security Deposit Waiver Plan ("SDWP") does not cover negligent or willful and wanton conduct. For a full description of the Plan, please refer to the enclosed Description of Coverage detailing full terms and conditions that apply. If a Description of Coverage is not enclosed, contact Central Reservations for a copy. You must notify Central Reservations of any damage or theft to Property during your occupancy, or this Plan is void. Payment for the SDWP will not be accepted after Guest occupies Property. If you choose not to purchase the SDWP, a security deposit will be added to the final balance. Some properties only accept a security deposit. Central Reservations receives a fee for this program. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT: |
If a security deposit is required, or you choose to pay a security deposit in lieu of the Security Deposit Waiver Plan, it is to secure the faithful performance of Guest's promises and duties contained herein. Said security deposit will be processed within 30 days of check-out date and will be returned to Guest less any costs for repairs, damages or excessive cleaning charges if Property is not left as required by this Agreement. Guest is responsible for reporting any existing damage upon taking occupancy. |
TRAVEL INSURANCE: |
Travel insurance is being offered through the Modern Voyage Travel Protection program and underwritten & offered by American Modern. Please note that there are no refunds due to a hurricane or illness, injury or death if travel insurance is NOT PURCHASED. The insurance premium will be billed on renter's initial deposit and is 7% of the total trip cost. For more detailed information, please call the American Modern policy and coverage questions hotline at 1-888-933-1117. |
Guest acknowledges travel insurance was offered at the time of the reservation, either verbally or via electronic options. If Guest declined travel insurance, the Lodging Agreement will so note $0.00 in the upper monetary portion of the Agreement. Guest may purchase travel insurance up to thirty days prior to arrival date by contacting Central Reservations at 1-877-736-8621 between 9am-5pm daily.
