Surf Village 13 - Plan your next Ocean City vacation at this beautiful, spacious oceanfront townhouse; an ideal destination for your family! Enjoy the sounds and sights of the surf from your large oceanfront deck off of the open living area or the second floor primary bedroom. The well-appointed, updated kitchen has granite countertops, and stainless appliances, where you can prepare delicious meals after your day at the beach, just steps away. There is a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker for your convenience in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer for your use on this level. Your cable TV includes HBO and Showtime for your viewing enjoyment, as well as WiFi. This roomy, multi-level beach home can accommodate up to 14 guests with a king bed in the first suite (1st living level), a king in bed in the 2ndfloor primary suite, two singles in bedroom three(level 2), along with a double-size futon for additional guests, and two queen beds on the top floor. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living area if needed. Conveniently located across the street from Jolly Roger Amusement park and popular restaurants and resort favorites. Walkable to the north end of the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. This property rents Saturday to Saturday. Guests must supply their own sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent. Property Registration Number 83625
