You will have full access to the dock, finger piers, and your very own boat slip (fits up to 25 ft. foot boat). Cast your line right off the pier or crab along the pilings. Living area boasts a wet bar, entertainment center with large Smart TV (with hundreds of free streaming channels), DVD player, high speed Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth Sonos Wireless speaker. The HVAC system is controlled by a SmartThermostat. There are wide sliding glass doors that step out onto the balcony from the living area. The Master bedroom (BR1) also boasts sliders out onto the balcony, a Smart TV, and in suite full bathroom. BR2 and BR3 are also equipped with SmartTVs. The condo also has a washer/dryer within the unit for your convenience.

This home is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and amusements including Jolly Roger Amusement & Water Park. There is one (1) assigned parking space and ample on street parking for visitors.

Our owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25. Absolutely no pets!!! This is a non-smoking building and property. No smoking/vaping of ANY SUBSTANCE within 15 feet of the entire building (that includes the balconies)

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
