There are two newly renovated full baths, one in the primary BR 3 and the other in the common area. Our Kitchen has all the modern conveniences and stocked with everything you would require preparing your Catch of the Day or a big family feast. The living area has a wet bar, entertainment center with large Smart TV (with hundreds of free streaming channels), DVD player, high speed Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth Wireless speaker. The HVAC system is controlled by a SmartThermostat. There are wide sliding glass doors that step out onto the balcony from the living area. All three bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. The condo also has an in-unit washer/dryer combo for your convenience.

This home is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and amusements including Jolly Roger’s Amusement & Water Park and Bahia Marina. There is one (1) assigned parking space and ample on street parking for visitors.

Our owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25. Absolutely no pets of any kind!!! This is a non-smoking building and property. No smoking/vaping of ANY SUBSTANCE within 15 feet of the entire building (that includes the balconies)

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
