The beaches of Ocean City and Assateague Island are just 4 miles either direction, and all West Ocean City has to offer, from outlet shopping to incredible dining choices for all budgets, is just a couple miles away. This home has accommodations for 6, it includes a full kitchen plus washer / dryer, 2 TV's, a DVD player, Free WiFI, and central a/c. The home is non smoking and pets are not allowed. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Comforters, pillow covers and mattress covers are changed between each tenant.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
