Situated on the first floor for easy access, this spacious unit accommodates up to 10 guests and is just one short block from the beach. The condo features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, four TVs, a DVD player in the living room, free WiFi, central A/C, and two assigned parking spaces. You'll be conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and the Convention Center. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the building property. Please note: linen packages are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge. Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are provided by the owner. Owner also provides 4 beach umbrellas, 10 chairs, toys, 6 boogey boards, 2 carts to carry stuff and some inflatables to enjoy at the beach!

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
