Ideally located just a short walk from the beach and close to popular restaurants, nightlife, and shopping, this condo is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Guests can also take advantage of the rooftop pool and exercise room—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Occupancy is limited to 10 guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the building property. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
