The enclosed balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. There is a glass cocktail table with tall chairs to look out over the Atlantic. The balcony also has a pullout queen sofa. In the living room there is a sofa and love seat and HD television. The Atlantis building itself features 24/7 security with a guard and cameras. Three new elevators were recently installed. Enjoy being close to area restaurants, shops, movie theaters, miniature golf courses and the public Ocean City Library. The occupancy for this condo is 6, the property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. The building does charge a non refundable registration fee upon arrival at the building. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
