It offers 2 bedrooms / 2 full baths, kitchen, laundry room, 4 TV's, 2 DVD players, Free Wifi, and parking for 2 cars. The condo has a maximum occupancy of 8. The condo AND the building is non smoking. The building does charge a non refundable building fee on arrival, and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets & towels, not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. The owner does provide a starter package of soaps and paper products.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
