Downtown Dog friendly Home! This 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located across from the 3rd street park and is just 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. There is an outdoor pool, Free Wifi, and basic cable. This property rents to families and groups alike. Seniors Welcome! Group rentals will have a $800 refundable damage deposit and families a $300 refundable damage deposit. Dogs must be crated when owners are out and about. The property can accommodate up to 8 people and has 1 onsite parking spot and additional street parking may be found around the park, (first come first serve). Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
