Boat slips accommodating vessels up to 24 feet are available for weekly rental through the building’s management company for $300 (arranged in advance, subject to availability). The condo also features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, three TVs with Roku access, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and central A/C. Assigned parking is provided for one vehicle, with one additional guest spot per unit. This is a non-smoking, no-pets property. Please bring your own sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies, or opt for a linen package available for an additional fee.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
