You'll be a matter of steps from the community's outdoor swimming pool and within walking distance of 58-acre Northside Park (which has walking & bike paths, playgrounds, piers, several ball fields, and events throughout the year), Dumser's Dairyland, Starbucks, and variety of restaurants, eateries, bars, shops, and sources of entertainment along this northern end of Coastal Highway
This property rents Saturday - Saturday in the summer, but does allow flexible 3 night stays in the Fall. No pets , No smoking or vaping. Rents to families and responsible adults over the age of 25.
Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
