Guests of Ocean One 105 have been coming back year after year for easy, care-free oceanfront living and fun beachy blue vibes in this lovely and spacious 1,440 square foot end unit. Located midtown at 57th Street, Unit 105 offers lots of light, spectacular ocean views, nature-watching in the dunes, and stunning sunrises and moon rises. The mirror wall spanning the living area wraps you in an endless ocean vista. The spacious oceanfront primary bedroom with ocean views from the king bed also includes direct balcony access, a sitting area, and a dressing area with sink/mirror in addition to the full bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower. The queen bedroom has an ocean view, and the bunk bedroom is efficiently set up for a slumber party for four. A queen pull-out sleep sofa in the living area provides another oceanfront sleeping option. The second full hall bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower and plenty of towel hooks. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer/ice-maker, electric range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, double drip coffee-maker, blender, waffle iron, steamer pot and plenty of supplies. The Corian top dining table comfortably seats 8, along with counter seating for 4 and spare chairs to go wherever you need an extra seat. A 60" flat screen TV is in the living area and flat screen TVs in each bedroom accommodate everyone's viewing interests. Games and books, and beach chairs and toys (in a separate beach closet on the same floor) add to your no-cost entertainment options; and the full-size in-unit washer and dryer and plenty of kitchen and household supplies make your vacation and packing easy-breezy. Ocean One's moderate four-story, 24-unit building complex offers a private 3'-3 1/2' deep swimming pool on its second floor, open Memorial Weekend to mid-September. Wash sand off using the outdoor shower on the south side of the building. A bike rack is located in the parking area near the south steps. There is elevator access at the center of the building and Unit 105 is conveniently located one stair flight up from ground level; strolling out to the beach can't be any closer or easier! Two designated parking spaces for Unit 105 are provided under the elevated building, one accessed from the 57th Street entry, and the other from the alley entry (Atlantic Ave.) The 56-57th Street beach blocks are occupied by all smaller condo buildings with no high-rises to shadow the afternoon beach experience and there is always plenty of beach space to play and stretch out! Property rents Sunday-Sunday in season and any 3 nights or more in off season. An optional linen package is available for this property for an additional fee if you wish. Linens would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure and would include a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. No Pets are permitted. No Smoking/Vaping. This unit and the building common areas are smoke-free zones. Our owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25. The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups such as high school or college graduates. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies and Guest will not be permitted to occupy the premises. |
Owner of the above Property, by Central Reservations, Inc., its Agent, in consideration of payments provided, does hereby grant a non-exclusive revocable Lodging Agreement to Guest for the above period and subject to the following terms and conditions. |

Central Reservations, Inc. has an Agency relationship with the Owner of this Property. Agent has been hired and paid by Owner for the services rendered and will be representing the best interest of the Owner in all negotiations regarding this Lodging Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement"). |

SECURITY DEPOSIT WAIVER PLAN ("SDWP"): |
This optional Plan protects you from theft or damage which results from an accident within Property due to your inadvertent acts or omissions. The Security Deposit Waiver Plan ("SDWP") does not cover negligent or willful and wanton conduct. For a full description of the Plan, please refer to the enclosed Description of Coverage detailing full terms and conditions that apply. If a Description of Coverage is not enclosed, contact Central Reservations for a copy. You must notify Central Reservations of any damage or theft to Property during your occupancy, or this Plan is void. Payment for the SDWP will not be accepted after Guest occupies Property. If you choose not to purchase the SDWP, a security deposit will be added to the final balance. Some properties only accept a security deposit. Central Reservations receives a fee for this program. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT: |
If a security deposit is required, or you choose to pay a security deposit in lieu of the Security Deposit Waiver Plan, it is to secure the faithful performance of Guest's promises and duties contained herein. Said security deposit will be processed within 30 days of check-out date and will be returned to Guest less any costs for repairs, damages or excessive cleaning charges if Property is not left as required by this Agreement. Guest is responsible for reporting any existing damage upon taking occupancy. |
TRAVEL INSURANCE: |
Travel insurance is being offered through the Modern Voyage Travel Protection program and underwritten & offered by American Modern. Please note that there are no refunds due to a hurricane or illness, injury or death if travel insurance is NOT PURCHASED. The insurance premium will be billed on renter's initial deposit and is 7% of the total trip cost. For more detailed information, please call the American Modern policy and coverage questions hotline at 1-888-933-1117. |
Guest acknowledges travel insurance was offered at the time of the reservation, either verbally or via electronic options. If Guest declined travel insurance, the Lodging Agreement will so note $0.00 in the upper monetary portion of the Agreement. Guest may purchase travel insurance up to thirty days prior to arrival date by contacting Central Reservations at 1-877-736-8621 between 9am-5pm daily. A new Lodging Agreement will be issued for your signature. For questions regarding the Plan, please contact Rental Guardian at 1-888-933-1117. |
