The owner provides 4 ROKU TVs ( no cable service but you really don't need it ) there's plenty to watch when the time comes, and of course free WiFi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and parking for 2 vehicles . Building has 1 secure elevator. Check in at 3PM , No early Check ins. The Occupancy is 8, the property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. You will need to supply soaps/detergents/paper products. Please note - sheets and towels not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
