Description of Property

This spacious, nicely furnished one-bedroom condo offers a private oceanfront balcony with views of both the pool and the ocean. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, updated cabinets, and modern appliances. Additional amenities include a high-efficiency washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs, a DVD player, phone, and free WiFi (service cannot be guaranteed). Central AC is also provided. The owner supplies a starter package of soaps and paper products. The building charges a non-refundable registration fee due upon arrival. The unit is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. The occupancy is limited to no more than 5 people. Please note that sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an additional charge.

Our cancellation policy: if you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before you check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
