This building does have a private, gated entrance to the beach, and a hose off area when leaving the beach.� The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washer/dryer, 4 TV's, ( LR and MB have cable with a wide variety of channels. back 2 bedrooms have Roku which includes Netflix and Disney). There is free Wifi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Located in a great mid town location, you are very close to many restaurants, shopping and night life. The property is non smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy is set for 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
