This wonderful 3-bedroom unit is just half a block from the beach and features an outdoor pool with a spacious pool deck. Enjoy your private balcony with a partial ocean view overlooking the pool area. The condo is fully equipped with a kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, four TVs, free WiFi, central A/C, and parking for two cars. This non-smoking property does not allow pets. Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
