This lovely 2 br/ 2 bath condo will become a family favorite destination - it's so close to everything! The beach is just a short block away, many of OC's best restaurants and clubs are within easy walking distance, as well as convenience stores, donut shops and pizza / sub shops. There is a nice sized outdoor pool to enjoy when you're tired of the beach. The condo has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, Free WiFi,( No Cable ) central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. ( Note - the TV's have Firesticks with Netflix and Youtube TV ) The maximum occupancy is 8, the property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
