You will be within feet of the beach, the building has a good sized outdoor pool, it is 2 easy blocks to our famous boardwalk, just an easy walk across the highway to Jolly Rogers Amusement and Water Park, and so close to tons of restaurants and shopping. You can park the car for the week and never have to drive the whole time you're here! The condo itself is just lovely. Feel the relaxing vibe as soon as you enter. Enjoy incredible ocean views, a full kitchen, your own private laundry room, 3 TV's, Free Wifi, central a/c and more! This is a property that you will rent year after year. ( Put in your request early though, because this location books out quickly. ) This property can accommodate up to 8, smoking and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. No smoking and no pets please.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
