This 4th floor unit will offer you an awesome view of the ocean from every bedroom and your private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, you also have full size washer, dryer, dishwasher, central a/c and microwave.The owner has provided 4 flat screen TV's, DVD player, and Free WiFi service is available. The location is great - you are within walking distance to many area attractions. Non smoking, No pets please, 1 Car Parking (extra parking available for a 2nd spot, 1st come 1st serve basis.) & Outdoor Pool. Occupancy 10. (This is a smoke free building! The building does not allow smoking/ vaping anywhere on the premises. Anyone caught smoking anywhere is a violation of this lodging agreement and the agreement will be terminated, and you will be evicted. )
Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
