A coin-operated laundry room is available in the building for tenant use. Boat docks are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with advance payment and registration required—$75 weekly or $50 for the weekend. The unit includes parking for one car, is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.


Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
